Inspection

I got a notice on my door a couple days ago the management wanted to do an inspection to make sure everything was working as it should. I set the appointment for this morning, and she just left.
I informed her about the ceiling fan in the dining/living room that still has trouble, and she said they might need to get an electrician in to look at it, since the light shouldn't rock at all, which it still does, but only when I use the fan, causing the lights to flicker.
She's a Whole30 coach and I showed her the pictures for last month and this, and she was impressed with the weight I've lost, so now, I only need to get my weigh-in on Saturday to see the grand totals for this month.
She also looked at my puzzle, convinced there are more edge pieces, though so far, no more are forthcoming.
So, all is good, and now I can myLot and get to my notifications and your posts. I also need to get work done on Thread of Evidence, as I really want to get that finished this week. Then I'll print it up and give it to my friend to read and proof for me, before I get back to the final edit.
And before I end this, I am doing very good at the pool/fitness center, where I put in 11 minutes on the elliptical this morning as I work my way to 15 minutes, my next goal on the way to half an hour.

Are they still using old incandecent bulbs or fluorescent tubes instead of LED bulbs? They usually flicker when fans vibrate.
Its nice that you are losing some pounds, I admire people who make an effort for their health

@just4him i hope your landlord shifts to led, it's more environmentally friendly, shock proof so those little vibrations won't affect it, anyway I think its none of my business lol!

We should be getting an inspection notice somwtimw soon too. Plus a notice to go up and redo our lease for my moms hours going up for spring and summer. Ugh.
Hope they fix the fan soon. And glad she was impressed! You've done so good!

@Courtlynn I know you will. The pool opens later on Saturday, and then I'll be going straight over to my son's to do laundry, but with just one load, hopefully I'll be back here by 2 and no later than 3. Unless I can get there early, then I'll be back here earlier.

If the lights flicker when you have the fan on, I think that could be a short. It sounds like a good day. My pedometer popped off while I was out walking, and I cannot find it. I guess I will have to time my walks.

That was one of the first things they checked when they worked with it before, and even replaced the whole ceiling fan and light fixture.

Thank you. I think I'm going to be at 11 minutes for a few more days. I really had to push myself this morning to get to 11. I wanted to quit at 8. If it weren't for the news that is on in the fitness center while I'm there, giving me something to watch, particularly the weather, I probably would have caved at 8 minutes.

It's working out very well. I can go up a minute every two days. The first day is the push day, and the second day is a lot easier. So I can go to the next minute the next day. I even broke a sweat today, so I know I was also going a little faster as well on the elliptical.
