I fell, again

A kiddo that was running away so he would not have to go in from recess sat down flat on the black top on the play ground. I was chasing him. I tripped, fell over the kid, and went face forward to the ground. Scraped my nose somehow. I think it was on the notebook I was carrying. My hands hurt, but are okay. My knee is skidded but it did not tear my leggins or get down to blood. I will live. Kiddo cried when he saw I had fallen. But it did not improve his behavior.

Glad it was just minor accident. Kiddo this day.

I'm glad the fall wasn't worse. You could have easily done more damage.

Oh yeah. That black top is brutal. I got my fair share of scrapes when I was a kid.

Hope you didn't lose any teeth, like I did when I did a face plant almost two years ago.

Nope, just skin off my nose. And knee. That is a rough way to get dental work.

@BarBaraPrz Yeah, I know. I had several pulled this year.

@GardenGerty You're luckky. Skin sort of grows back. Teeth don't.

@LadyDuck I will put it into my planner not to fall. Maybe that would help.

I am so happy to hear that you didn't get seriously hurt. That could have been far worse.

Oh, me too. I fell face forward while trotting a mini pony last year. I am very clumsy.

I'm sure glad you weren't seriously hurt. That kid needs some serious training from his parents. Preferably on his back side.

He is spoiled at home, but he has so many health problems that I am sure he does not have consequences much.

I'm sorry you tripped over him and fell. I'm glad it didn't draw blood. Too bad it didn't improve his behavior.

@just4him The oldest kiddo was as bad in other ways when I first came here. Now he is the easiest to work with.

He is mentally handicapped and spoiled because of fragile health. I am just going to have to take him in early, when he does not expect it.

My muscles in my upper arms are sore. I probably exercised them a lot catching myself.

@Courage7 I did not get around to my soak. It would be difficult to get my arms clear under anyway. I am doing much better.

@GardenGerty Yes to catch yourself the impact hurt. Perhaps a nice soak in Epsom Salt Bath?
