I fell, again

A kiddo that was running away so he would not have to go in from recess sat down flat on the black top on the play ground. I was chasing him.
I tripped, fell over the kid, and went face forward to the ground. Scraped my nose somehow. I think it was on the notebook I was carrying.
My hands hurt, but are okay. My knee is skidded but it did not tear my leggins or get down to blood. I will live.
Kiddo cried when he saw I had fallen. But it did not improve his behavior.

Oh yeah. That black top is brutal. I got my fair share of scrapes when I was a kid.

He is spoiled at home, but he has so many health problems that I am sure he does not have consequences much.

I'm sorry you tripped over him and fell. I'm glad it didn't draw blood. Too bad it didn't improve his behavior.

He is mentally handicapped and spoiled because of fragile health. I am just going to have to take him in early, when he does not expect it.

@GardenGerty Yes to catch yourself the impact hurt. Perhaps a nice soak in Epsom Salt Bath?
