Tania has invited us all for lunch tomorrow as Felipe is arriving form Spain. Claudia told me that she would come and pick me up a little before 2 PM.
Today, while I was decorating the tiniest Christmas tree in the world, I thought that Sofía would be glad to help me if Claudia could come earlier. Claudia said that Sofía would be very happy and that they would come earlier although she warned me that Sofía would surely over decorate the tree. I told her I did not mind.
A Christmas tree is about love, not something to win a contest. I have enough decorations to make the tree fall apart

So my youngest granddaughter will come to help. I will also have to fix a date for her to help me with some sugar cookies. Which will be also over decorated

Some of my fondest memories are the trees my grandchildren decorated. I'd rather have an over decorated tree that was done with love than a perfectly decorated one. You and Sofia are making some wonderful memories

Absolutely! Claudia always makes a manger with the children as I did once with them. They are not very beautiful, but they have all the Christmas spirit.

@marguicha The Italian nativity scenes are sometimes work of art. I remember the big one that my father made. This year the Italian authorities will do nothing "not to offend the immigrants", I am more than offended. Our traditions are our traditions, if the Muslims are not happy, they can go back to their countries.
