That's good to know, thanks. I might be at my final size. Though I still have a lot of weight to lose.

@just4him That´s why I always try on my bathing suits. And when they fit, no matter how expensive they are, I buy them. Then I take such good care of them that they last for many years.

I'm finding the same thing depending on the brand of clothes. So far, I've been fortunate to get suits that fit. It's only the last two that were on the tight side.

@marguicha My suits don't last very long, mostly because I grow out of them - they become too big or the chlorine eats a hole in them or the color fades fast. Which is why I've had so many suits in the past year - they've gotten too big. I like that a lot. When I get to my final size, I will look for one that will last longer than the ones I've had. I know 100% polyester lasts for years. So far, I haven't found that type. They all have a percentage of polyester, but not 100%.

@just4him Oh, I don't have access to an indoor pool at the moment, but that sounds wonderful. I love swimming, and I would do it year round if I could. Also, it is fantastic exercise. I'm doing alright, I guess. I have been better, and I have been worse. I'm not really back. I stopped in here yesterday to answer a call, and I have been making the rounds. I really need to do some work, though, so I probably should get off here. This place tends to be a distraction, and I don't need any more of those at the moment.

I haven't seen you in forever. I hope you're doing okay. Are you back? I swim in an indoor pool. I wouldn't swim in this weather either if it were outdoors.

I started swimming two years ago.

I wish you could too. I love swimming and the hot tub is wonderful on my knees.

It's comfortable, which is a blessing. I'd hate her to leave it outside the door so others could take it. I live in a secure building, so she leaves it at my door or hands it to me.

I was a 20 when I started this food program and diet. I'm very happy to be in a 12 now.
