Wrong! They Got It SO Wrong!

When I went to bed last night the rain has started. it was light and not making any noise.
This morning, early, I am laying in bed and its extra quiet outside, like it is when there is snow. I rolled over and went back to sleep.
I wake a couple hours later and go to the bathroom and I heard a car, not a car creeping down this back road filled with slick snow but a car speeding, yes that is normal.
I go into the living room and Tony is up, he said " we got 3 feet of snow." I laughed knowing better and went to get the coffee going, he did not know I already heard the car, no car can drive that fast in snow.
I open the front door to call the cat and its not only dry but its not even cold out there, yet.
Now the sun is out and shining so beautifully.
I can bet there are many people mad because they spent all their money on bread, milk and eggs and got no snow.
I do love it when the weatherman is wrong, especially about snow.
Did you get any snow? I see the northern U.S. did get the promised snow. Stay warm y`all.

@andriaperry It happens. A couple of years ago one touched down in Delray Beach which is closer to us. They are filled with water, which can't be helped here.

@andriaperry we got this "amihan" season where cold winds are being blown here, sometimes they came from the melting ice from another country (weatherman says)

I learned a long time ago that the weather people here are mostly wrong when it comes to the weather. I just go out on my porch and see what it is like in winter. Summer it is nice and warm so really do not have to check. That is not smart for a car to speed up in winter weather. We had some snow but not much and thank heavens it is long gone and did not leave a mess like it has in the past.

I need to know about super freezes because of the rental houses. Sometimes I alert the tenants to allow the water to run.

They are not predicting snow for us, but absolutely nasty cold. I hope they are wrong here as well. By Saturday it is supposed to be very nice. We had sun a good part of today but the temperature was dropping.

I love when the weather man is wrong and we don't get snow or rain. I hate when he is wrong and we are supposed to have a gorgeous day and instead it is cold or rain or snowy. I am glad your weather man was wrong! It is snowing there very lightly. We are supposed to get a huge storm with artic temperatures so I am hoping our weatherman is wrong as well!

It's snowing here and I'm expecting to see enough that will bring in the plows and shoveling people. We're also getting hit with frigid temperatures tonight and tomorrow so winter is still acting crazy.
