I ate my breakfast post!

I was going to do one of my platitudinous breakfast posts before heading off to work, but I ate my toast and butter before I could snap a picture of it. What made this morning's breakfast special was that it was the first time used my new toaster (the mice took over my old one) to make...toast! I bought some sliced sourdough bread at Trader Joe's yesterday and gobbled up some sour dough toast this morning--yum! OK, what did you have for breakfast today? Inquiring minds...

Egg from a friend? Was she human? I'd need several dozen. I slay myself.

I’m confused...are you saying you had Post Toasties for breakfast? I’m having lunch for breakfast, thank you. I didn’t go to work today (I earned the day off!), and I don’t eat breakfast when I don’t work.

@JohnRoberts I like Fruit Loops! At least I used to. Are they still good? Or have they gone "healthy"?

I had a handful of dandelion greens - and an apple. Oh and some green tea. I love TJ's sourdough - putting that on the list as we haven't had it for a while!

A sort of porridge for breakfast this morning, boiled rolled oats, with some pieces of apples and golden raisins and a bit of cinnamon.

I rarely have breakfast but I did have toast while we were on the house-boat. But I forgot to take the Vegemite so that was a bit of a disappointment.

Pre breakfast was toast with peanut butter and honey. Bob's doctor that advised him on his ulcer suggested this before anything else like coffee, tea or medicine etc. Later we had modest helpings of corned beef hash and scrambled eggs.
