I have an odd neighbor. Do you have any odd neighbor stories?

I declared myself President of India when the Indian couple in the apartment down and to my right were arguing all of the time. I think I got bold at least once, knocked on their door, and said I was trying to sleep. They quieted down long enough for me to get to sleep. I think that apartment maybe cursed, or haunted, like the motel I wrote about this past Summer. Most recently, there was a young couple in that same apartment. All they did was smoke marijuana on their patio. I couldn't tell if they worked, or attended school, or did anything other than smoke pot. Fortunately, I like the smell of marijuana, so it was a non-issue for me, though Horse Jr. didn't like the smell. Then, one day, there were police everywhere, and I learned that the boyfriend had been kicked out due to domestic violence. Then there were days of (his) stuff all over the lawn, as a man of about my age (perhaps his father) came by to pick the stuff up. Now, she walks around the parking lot, singing at the top of her lungs. She's doing it now. The singing sounds like a mix between Indian music, rap music, and Middle Eastern music, but it's all out of key. I will be locking my front door more often than I used to. I have hidden the ammo for my .22. I will be polite but not too inquisitive when I see her. Have you ever experienced ONS (Odd Neighbor Syndrome)?
