I am retired, house bound and have social anxiety. How much more free time can I get? I checked out that site and think it is great.

I have 24 hours completely usually, I do what I want to do, I paint ( just came up from my painting) I spend some time on myLot when I want to, I watch TV, I go to the YMCA daily, I visit friends (I'm visiting a good friends this afternoon for tea). I like being old because that is where I am, and I'm still breathing.

It is nice to be able to do whatever you want with your day. The benefits of being older. Visiting with good friends and socializing can be one of the best ways to spend time

I have Saturdays which is our Jewish Sabbath so I am not on the computer or watching TV or off somewhere on my scooter so stay at home with my cat and I read and rest with my cat.

Music is a great way to pass the time. I've been reading some books my friend gave to me with my free time. Waiting for that warm weather to arrive to pursue some other outdoor interests.
