so for yrs. been hearing about this series called Game of Thrones. When it came out, it didn't sound interesting to me. We had cable back then and there was always plenty other things to watch.
And actually I still have plenty to watch with internet streaming on my television and Roku anyway. But earlier this evening my daughter who never seems to have enough to watch what little time she is home informed me (in spite of us always being near poverty) she has gotten the AD-on of HBO to her Hulu. So she said she was allowed a guest spot where I could watch with their pass code.
Figured since she is paying in spite of me, I might as well watch. Actually the only thing interests me on that channel was checking out the Game of thrones thing. I always start at the beginning when I start a series so I can understand things better. Well come to find out I did like it a lot. I watch first 2 episodes. WOW!! almost too much excitement for me. I had to stop myself and watch something else for a while. It is one of those shows that has you on the edge all the time. Always saying, "Oh no he didn't"!!

you must be jealous of me then just starting to watch so i can just get right there by the time it's over again for a while. that's how i always feel about Orange is the new Black in between seasons

@bunnybon7 - i liked that show , orange, when it first came out but after season 2, i just lost interest.

I have been glued to my seat since the very first episode in season one. Now I'm anxiously waiting for it to return to see what's going on. It is a very heart-pounding series at times. Hope you enjoy it enough to finish it.

still not sure. parts i want to see what happens with one or 2 mysteries but parts i don't like . some make me mad with the injustice so i have to take a break from it after each episode. first time i had such a problem with watching a series

I did for a while. It's one that has a lot of characters and with my depression I can't keep track of them that well. I have thought about going and watching it too.

I tried watching once before and stopped because I got confused. because I started in the middle. best to watch from beginning . only way to like and understand it. season eight started today

i didn't think so either. i watch a few minutes of it once but it wasn;t the first part and was confusing then. now it seems better from the beginning. but hey, it's cool. there are way too many good things to watch these days

I wish they put Game of thrones in netflix. Or maybe it's available in my country.
I hope some one makes a mistake and put an episode in advance like what happened in italy i think.

i know. right? if they have it on one special streaming channel like Netflix or Hulu etc. you should be able to get it on others. the films still get paid for the makers, etc.

Oh yes, I've watched the entire series and read all the books too! I love it! So excited for the final season coming this April! If you think it's too much now ... just wait!! LoL.
