Sometimes You Just Can't Help But Laugh Anyway

The theme of the cartoon was a simple, old and tired joke. But still, looking at it made me laugh anyway. Out loud. For real. It just struck my funny bone for whatever reason. Certainly it had to be the imagery.
It was simply of a nurse standing looking at a little horse sitting on the doctor's table.
The nurse's bubble read, "Any other problems you are experiencing?" To which, of course, the horse's bubble read, "Well, I AM a little horse."
Stupid? Yes. Old? Yes. Funny?
You betcha. And I bust out laughing.

It was like the old Super Dave Osborne bits on the Bizarre show and on the Showtime version of Super Dave. They would always say that some safety device was made out of "Saskatchewan seal skin bindings." They told this joke 100s of times but it never got old. There are no seals in Saskatchewan, and Saskatchewan was not near an ocean, so it made the joke funny no matter now many times they told it.
