What's For Dinner 5/28?

Keeping it simple tonight. I had some chicken leg quarters in the freezer so I took those out and thawed them. I cut them into thighs and legs. They are now parboiling for about 10 or 12 minutes. I will throw these bad boys on the grill after giving them a very simple seasoning, and then baste them with some sweet onion barbeque sauce. I will serve them with some peas and some baked beans. Should be tasty. What is on the dinner table for you tonight?

@ShifaLk I was just talking about this in the office the other day and one of the guys said he had it and it was delicious, so now I will probably have to try and find some.

I don't know that I have ever eaten goat, but I have seen it a couple of times at certain international grocery stores. One of the days I might try it.

Hot dog that sounds so good. Simple is the best. I don't know what I'm having yet but it will be simple.

Actually, a hot dog even sounds good. I used to love to put a hot dog into the microwave, cook it just until it pops, plop it between a piece of bread, throw on a dollop of ketchup and mustard, and snack. MMM. That actually sounds REALLY good right now,

But that still sounds like a delicious meal. How can you go wrong with baked potatoes?

That sounds good, even if I can't eat that. I had sloppy joes over keto bread.

@porwest Since bread is off my menu, I've needed to be creative with my meals. I found the keto bread from another myLotter. It's very good and only takes 90 seconds, an extra minute if you make a double batch, which I do.

Mmm. That sounds very good as well. Usually though when I use sloppy Joe sauce I put it over baked potatoes since I am not a huge fan of sloppy Joe sandwiches.

Man, I am a sucker for some Chinese food. I LOVE Chinese food. I do have to watch my salt of course, but I will do Chinese food at least once a month. And it usually kinda stinks since we spend around $50-$75 on a meal.
