Keeping it simple tonight.
I had some chicken leg quarters in the freezer so I took those out and thawed them. I cut them into thighs and legs.
They are now parboiling for about 10 or 12 minutes.
I will throw these bad boys on the grill after giving them a very simple seasoning, and then baste them with some sweet onion barbeque sauce.
I will serve them with some peas and some baked beans.
Should be tasty. What is on the dinner table for you tonight?

Actually, a hot dog even sounds good. I used to love to put a hot dog into the microwave, cook it just until it pops, plop it between a piece of bread, throw on a dollop of ketchup and mustard, and snack. MMM. That actually sounds REALLY good right now,

I made baked potatoes and put broccoli and cheese on them. Didn't feel like a big meal tonight

Oh, it sounds tasty. I'm hungry now. For dinner, I had two eggs.
