Can It Get Slower

I probably shouldn't ask that and then it will. The site has been slow for a couple of days now and just about drives me luny.
Other than that, I worked on three manuscripts today. I had some figuring out to do on one of them, and I think I finally got it right. At least I hope so. I hate to think I made such a mess of this manuscript that it's a bust. Especially since it's one of my favorites. But then they are all one of my favorites. What can I say? I'm doing my best to make it what it's supposed to.
I followed that up with a couple of episodes of Colony on Netflix. I started watching it a few days ago and really like it. It's definitely different.
I didn't go rock painting this morning. I wanted to get the manuscript sorted out. So that and an hour and a half nap today, has been my day.

I would think working all those manuscripts would make you tired, I can't do reading like that without needing a nap. lol I had to help my daughter clean a house today and while we were there the renters came by. I really hate cleaning when they show up

been slow here purty much since i returned, lol. most'f the folks i 'nteracted with're gone, so 'tis a bit lonesome. did ruffle somebody's feathers'n a post 'f yers 'n still 'ncertain why?? the more i tried to "fix" the troubles'n soothe, the more defensive'n irate they 'came. most sad... 'twixt that'n 20 questions 'tis jest been 'xhaustin' here the past few days. dunno why some'll not let sleepin' pups lay?
glad ya got some'f those manuscripts tackled. i'm kinda glad all'f mine'd be'n the puter. then 'gain, that's prolly why they aint progressin'. i tend to ferget they 'xist.
ne'er heard 'f such a monkey. don't netflix'n all that. mostly pbs.
'tis a shame ya didn't go rock paintin', but perhaps fer the best?

@just4him no worries, hon. i figure 'twas due to my slaughter'f the english language. that're that person's low self-esteem 'n kept feelin' the need to defend their self? i dunno, i gave'p, lol.

@crazyhorseladycx I'm doing good today after my workout. I only gave myself about a half hour in the pool then the whirlpool for my knees. They appreciate those jets a lot.
Nature documentaries are okay. I just can't get into them. Not like I can a good show or movie that leaves me dangling on the edge of my chair.
I was a TVholic as a kid. If it was on, I was in front of it. I might not have had any control over what we watched, I was still in front of it unless it was Perry Mason or Laurence Welk. I found something to occupy my time in my room.

I'm sorry feathers got ruffled on one of my posts. I didn't see that action.
I didn't go because I was hurting after my workout in the pool. I think I overdid it a bit. It was almost a week since I had been there, so the muscles weren't ready for what I gave them. I took it easy on them this morning. Hopefully, I won't be as sore. So, I stayed home and let them, my muscles, work themselves out.
Netflix is a streaming service. I've had it for years.

It is slow at certain times of the day, I posted last night, then took a break came back and there were comments and likes and more activity.
Too hot for me today, so other than taking dog out I am staying in and out of the heat today.

I was having trouble getting to send my content work online. I tried and the mail came back saying the server didn't accept it so I have no idea how to resolve my problem. As they say, tomorrow is another day,., Hope you have a good night.

It's not the activities that have been slow, it's the site that is slow to load. It's good to have a busy day once in a while. I hope you won't be too busy.

I worked on reviews and some serious revisions on Broken Beginnings, the story is taking me in surprising directions! Other than that I just stayed home because for the next few days I’m going to be busy!

Don't you love it when your story takes you in surprising directions? I know I do. It's the fun of a character-driven story.
