Disappointment

I've waited a long time for Season 3 of Designated Survivor to begin. I saw the first two episodes of season 3 yesterday and I'm far from happy with it. The story is still a good story, but with Netflix taking over the show from the Network that canceled it, I was shocked and dismayed by all the vulgar language and nudity in the show. Everyone seems to be sleeping with someone. The only one without a vulgar mouth is the president and I wonder how long it will be before I hear any changes in his script. As for the story itself, it's still a good story and I look forward to the next episodes, just not the vulgarity.

I cannot stand to hear vulgarity all the time, I usually switch to see something different.

@cacay1 You know, kids are very smart when they want to see something. Shows like this one are worse for kids that are around 11/13 years than very young kids. They start to understand more.

@cacay1 The best is NOT to watch, if they have no audience they cannot continue to produce a show.

I was thinking about the contest "Survivors" for a moment and that is full of very bad language and silly things going on will check it out when I can thank you. We can all say bad things but I don“t see a cause to watch it or hear it if I can help it.

I've never watched Survivor. Yes, we do. I don't watch a program if I know it's got a lot of it in it. Sometimes it's unavoidable. This could have been easily avoided. I don't know why the writers decided they needed it in the script.

For,people who value propriety, this is really so annoying to watch. I dont watch prime time shows here, the message of the stories is more on imorality,

@cacay1 It's only a couple of brief scenes, not the whole show.

@just4him it was temped by the message indeed.

That stinks when a show you once enjoyed turns into something with language and dirty scenes!

Yes, it is. Thankfully, it isn't the focus and it's only brief in spots.

I haven't watched it on Netflix. I did try to watch the show when it was on the Network because it had an awesome beginning, but I found myself getting bored by it.

That's one thing I never was, bored. It held my interest to the last cliff-hanging scene.

It's brief and not the focus of the show. It's actually very good.

I only saw Season One of this show but have it on my "to watch" list. I have so many other shows to watch I don't know when I'm going to get around to catching up.

I never heard of the show before. We don't do Netflix or Hulu, We do have SlingTv but still haven't heard of it before. I wouldn't watch it because the vulgarity is a huge turn off. I don't care how good it is, if they can't talk with out it then I don't ususally watch it.

It's not needed and I don't know why the writers felt they needed to put it in.

That stuff doesn't bother me. If it is a good story then I'm fine with that stuff.
