How many jobs have you had?

I couldn't even begin to count the number of jobs I have had over my life. Of course, some of them were temporary or short term in nature. However, if you count as a job just something you have done to earn money, it would have to be at least 30 or 40. Jobs where I was a regular employee and earned benefits and so forth, much less..maybe 8 or 10. What about you? Have you had many jobs, or just a few?

I I have had not too many. My last 2 jobs were forbthe same person and lasted 18 years. I have had maybe 12 in my life including temp and part time jobs.

Yes, some people do end up as long term employees. The longest job I had only lasted 7 years, it was a very good one, and I should not have quit.

@snowy22315 I worked at the local newspaper for 7 years but they sold the business to owners who didn't treat us well so I quit to go to the job that lasted 18 years.

Not that many. I was self employed from age 13 till I was old enough to actually work, mostly I have always been my own boss.

i've lost count.if a workplace treats me like crap,i'm gone.housekeeping jobs in particular will ride you til something breaks.

I agree with you on how you are treated. Life is too short to put up with abuse. Generally, I haven't had problems with that..but I have had a few nasty co workers.

Wow, sounds like some good luck there! It seems alot of people meet at the workplace. I got a date from one once, but I heard through the grapevine, he was actually engaged to a girl in another city..

My first job was packing groceries then it was a paper route delivery person then a nursery then I cleaned offices then I worked in hair salons then a few primary schools I worked as a crossing guard. I worked in lab at a clinic Bow I work for an establishment that helps seniors and disabled people get the meals they need.
