Health Report - Day 15
Green Bay, Wisconsin
July 11, 2019 1:10pm CST
Good afternoon, myLot. I had a great morning. Up at 2:33 AM, out the door for the pool at 4:30. From the Y I went directly to the ADRC for rock painting. After rock painting, the squeeze was on at the hospital. Now, I'm home. I was able to get a healthy breakfast at the ADRC which was good. Yesterday was a good day food wise. My friend ordered lunch for us and I made certain it was healthy with low calories, 550. So, these are yesterday's numbers. Calories: 1327 Sugar: 19.34 Carbs: 138.36 Protein: 74.36 Sodium: 278 Fat: 21.9 Calories burned: 665 Total Calories: 662 Now, you know I have an incentive in all that I'm going through with the aggressive swimming and the fitness center. I want to get into the swimsuit a gal gave me a few weeks ago. The good news is, I got it on this morning. It's still small, so it will be about a month before I can wear it comfortably. That's today's report. How is your day going? I'll be here for a couple of hours. I have a small group meeting later this afternoon. I hope to get caught up or almost caught up today. Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

@just4him I believe that I will start with the fitness center initially. The registration for the next session of water exercises isn't for another 6 weeks, but they did tell me that I can just join in at any time. I don't know if I am bold enough yet to do that.

@Juliaacv You can join here anytime too. It will help you to join now instead of waiting for the next session. When it's time to register then, you'll know what to expect and you'll have already made some friends. It's worth it to join now instead of later.
@just4him Many people lost power and some areas were hit pretty bad.
Environment Canada is confirming that a storm that caused considerable damage to a campground north on Montreal was, in fact, a tornado.
