What I found in my fridge. A diet lunch.

Many of you have been reading about how confused I was when I read the doctor´s diet for me. Today, being as I am alone, I put together a bit of cooked small leftover small noodles with diced avocado, some green beans and corn with diced cooked chicken breast. Nothing was fried. No mayo. I dressed it with olive oil, salt and lemon juice. Period!
My lunch was perfectly delicious and filling.

@marguicha It was good. For lunch I am going to make spaghetti today, half portion, but I am in the mood to have pasta.

@LadyDuck I´ll make a chicken salad for me today. I have celery, lettuce, avocado and I could open a can of palm hearts.

I have never bought a salad dressing. I used here some olive oil, salt and lemon juice. That´s all.
