What I found in my fridge. A diet lunch.

Many of you have been reading about how confused I was when I read the doctor´s diet for me. Today, being as I am alone, I put together a bit of cooked small leftover small noodles with diced avocado, some green beans and corn with diced cooked chicken breast. Nothing was fried. No mayo. I dressed it with olive oil, salt and lemon juice. Period! My lunch was perfectly delicious and filling.

So glad you were able to find something so healthy-sounding. I use Italian dressing and shredded mozzarella cheese in my pasta salads. though once i bought a kit to make one and had to use mayo on it and it was so bad i had my sister teach me how to make her kind
