Pizza Half Off This Week

Every now and then our local Domino's pizza will have a special. All pizzas 50% off. The sale started this week and ends on Friday. I like pizza from time to time. And when you get a good deal like 50% off, it is hard to pass up.
You certainly cannot make one for the price you can order one from Domino's for. This will be dinner one day this week. And then there is always leftovers. So one pizza will probably be two meals.

Do you have a Domino's in your area? I know some of you have said you don't care for their pizza. But it is the only one we have close by and I like the pizza.

I am glad you like the pizza since it's the only one close by. I am not a big fan of pizza, but I do not like Domino's pizza either. The crust is just too much, the flavoring on it burns my mouth.

@CarolDM I am sure we have talked about this. I don't make it a secret, that I am not a fan of pizza. I had Cici's a week or so ago.

I actually worked for Dominos for like a year or so. That is one of the jobs I have had many many times in life, the pizza delivery guy. It was one of the first jobs I ever had when I got my license. Back then you could be 16 and deliver pizzas. I don't mind Dominos, there are better pizzas out there for sure but for cheap and quick it's pretty decent.

We have independent pizza shops on like every corner in NJ. I don't do Domino's, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, Papa John's, etc. The independent shops are so much better.
I understand why people in some areas like it though. . . they've never had anything different.

I've never had Dominos pizza, but Little Caesars is pretty good, too. They have buy one large/get a second pizza for $1.00 For a large gathering, this would be an excellent deal!

@CarolDM Yes, it sure is a good deal! Jay wanted to try Domino's roast-chicken pizza, when we go to Saginaw.

I would go pick it up if I were to order, the deliver and the takes, makes it expensive,

@CarolDM Ours in not in the best location , you can't really walk to it and the building is a red zone, parking tough .
If you have it delivered, no discount and delivery is high and they don't always have a delivery driver,

I think we have every pizza chain known to the human race within 4 miles of our house. We have tried all of them! 50% off though is hard to say no to...

I enjoy Dominos but we don't have cool deals like that! It's great they offer that in your area. =)

We do have a domino’s in our area. I don’t eat there pizza because my none existing gallbladder can’t take it. I eat it and will have stomach issue any where for a few hours to a day. So we eat other pizza options. Some times my husband will get a small one for himself from them which is fine.

There is a Dominos in the next town but I have never gotten a pizza there, we have local shops run by Italians which are much better.

50 percent off? That sounds great! Might have to order one here and have just the toppings for myself while my guys have the rest. Ours is in a town 15 miles away or so....but they will deliver here (for less than pizza hut...and we have a pizza hut in town!). Hope you enjoy your pizza!
