For the next 5 days I can still legally drive. I won't attempt to drive after that because I don't need a ticket and around here they watch people like me just so they can issue a ticket. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The picture above is of Spunky when he was 2, I used a 35mm camera back then, I didn't have a digital. Isn't he beautiful?

I used to live in the woods. Then life happened and no more berry picking for breakfast or watching critters grazing in the driveway.

It won't be fun but I can manage if it's only for a month, otherwise I'd go nuts and considering I'm already nuts that wouldn't be great.

@rebelann That would be nice. Or are there available nearby means of transportation for you like carpooling, bus, taxi or Uber? Will you sell your car afterwards?

No buses that I've ever seen but I haven't tried Uber @infatuatedbby taxi's here are very expensive because I don't live within the city limits

I can't drive right now because I can't see that well. It is the pits not being able to drive. Will you be able to drive after the five days?

I wish I was able to drive. However, I don't have a license. I have had some learner's permits, but haven't been able to get my actual license. Hopefully one day.

If it's possible @DianneN trouble is Hank twisted his knee and will be in for surgery on the 1st and I wouldn't want him to jeopardize his surgery, Carol doesn't drive anymore, she's lost so much of her vision.

I'm sure I can get someone to take me grocery shopping if I need to go. I will be evaluated on the 8th and hopefully the surgery will follow soon after.

Be careful in your driving over the next few days. That's good of you that you are not going to risk getting in trouble after that. And, oh, by the way, Spunky is absolutely gorgeous!!! I love pets, including cats. We have numerous cats and Spunky looks like a combination of several that we have. He's a beauty.
