What did you have for breakfast today? I went with my recent "default."

I'm soon to head off to Montana, so I bought limited groceries yesterday at Trader Joe's. But one thing I always buy is smoked salmon of one kind or another. If I have time, I like to begin my day with sour dough bread, cream cheese, and "lox." (Not all smoked salmon is true lox.)
Trader Joe's didn't have my usual brand yesterday, but the stuff I got was still good. I have the day off and am working on "at home errands." Turns out my brother and I are due a few hundred or even thousands of dollars because we are part of an electricity "collective" up in Montana. The checks over the years have been made out to my father, who died in 1979. My brother has been receiving them, and just sitting on them.
Of course (sigh) he left it up to me to contact Fergus Electric and get the checks made out to us. Anyway, my breakfast was yummy, and now it's back to work. I have to call and get the phone up at the cabin up and running. What did you have for breakfast today? Any interest "errands" on your table?

I’m having a colonoscopy in the morning so I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner for breakfast.

@wolfgirl569 I enjoy both hot dogs and sausage at a ball game. But I rarely buy them in the store. Maybe I'll get some bacon when I'm up in Montana.

@TheHorse He goes to Goodwin Tech in East Hartford. He is training to be a machinist. He is almost finished and has not quite enough credits for his Associates at this time. But he will be able to get a good paying job.

I had a Lean Pocket egg and sausage. I bought some frozen grab-n-go for a few days since I'm up early running like mad until late.It's been hard to find good smoked salmon. There isn't a Trader Joe's near me and other salmon I've purchased has been too "fishy" tasting. Yes, I know. It's fish.

Hello, what a great hectic day you have had, in my case absolutely nothing from the sea, come as I come I do not like anything !, but my breakfast today was ripe banana fried in slices with sausages in sauce and mayonnaise.
