Already notice a difference!

I woke up and the scale was down 3.2 pounds....so lost about half of the water weight I gained. Also, my fasting number was 100 less than yesterday. It's a nice change in just a day back on low carb. So far today I had a tuna wrap, not sure what I'll be eating the rest of the day. How about you? Sharing a photo of me that I edited.

@andriaperry I do say no, most of the time. And my will power is just not that strong enough yet...I'm working on it, if I can stop at 1 or 2 days and not binge for a week, or two...then that is a start.

I had leftovers from dinner this morning for breakfast and half a salad with chicken and fresh vegetables for lunch. Bunless cheeseburger, sauteed baby spinach, and cauliflower rice coming up for dinner!
