It's On Its Way and Health Report - Day 71

Yesterday, I said I bit the bullet and ordered a printer, or was that the day before. Anyway, I got the e-mail yesterday it would be here today, and I got the e-mail a short while ago that it's being delivered soon. I should mention this is the toner that's coming.
Then about an hour ago, I got another e-mail stating the printer was shipped and will be here tomorrow.

I'm so happy! I will soon have a working printer/scanner. It's not color, but that's okay. I don't have a color one now either. I wanted one, but that was too far outside my budget to consider.
So, I've been home this morning instead of going to the center to do rock painting. I really wanted to, but I need to be here to get that package.
In other news, I know you guys like reading my health report, so here are the numbers. I will say, I'm finally not going nuts about wanting fast-food and sweets. I was very good yesterday. I know I lingered in the store over snacks and sweets, but I walked out without them.
I also walked the store for at least an hour and counted that with my calories burned.
Here are the numbers:
Calories: 1322.75
Sugar: 56
Carbs: 166
Protein: 93.3
Fat: 45
Calories Burned - walking the store - Wal-Mart - 177
Total Calories - 1145.75
Today is off to a good start. I had chocolate pancakes for breakfast. Yes, it's healthy. I used almond flour and cacao baking chocolate. I haven't had a banana yet, which is amazing. I'm also not hungry, which is good. I know it's lunchtime and I'll probably get something out for later. Maybe a boneless beef rib or liver. I haven't decided.
I also went to the Y this morning and had a good workout in the pool and fitness center.
Anyway, those are the numbers for today. I'm anxiously waiting for the door to buzz. The notifications are finished, and I'm going to work on the Thread of Evidence.
What are your plans for today? How is your diet and exercise going? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

ya made chocolate pancakes 'n ya didn't e'en call me o'er to share, lol. tickled fer ya o'er the printer, hon. i got'ta 've a color'un, i'm quite spoiled to such. the hubs doesn't compute, so i let him pick out picks fer albums (i believe there'd be 'bout 40 now??) 'n print pics off fer such. my sweet momma loves gettin' 'em, too.
sad ya didn't get to go rock paintin', hon. i'd waited 'round all day tuesday waitin' fer a package, jest to find that such 'twas sent to albuquerque? finally 'rrived late yesterday. i've no motivation to put the quilt sandwich together today. do've that backin' fabric ironed 'n ready though.
took care 'f the critters, doctored mr. whiskey this morn (not likin' how such's lookin', the hubs refuses a vet bill...). spent time out'n the sanctuary tryin' to keep a handle'n fallen pine needles 'n rogue leaves. lots 'f pics.

@just4him i tried coconut flour when i found i'd celiac disease. found 't jest awful, though the daughter liked the texture. calls fer more liquids, too. i mainly stick with almond 'r sorghum flour. though both make a bit some odd tastin' gravy...
since the hubs'n my sweet momma don't use the puter, i like bein' able to print out pics fer 'em. the young'uns 're horrible 'bout sendin' actual photos via snail mail. the son shocked me yesterday coz he actually emailed me their latest family pics! usually i've gotta go'n facebook'n hunt 'em down.
he seems'n better spirits today. 'twas a bit onery this morn, not wishin' that wound tended. we got'er done anyhow. bad time'f the year fer open wounds 's 'tis fly season. can't put fly spray'n such (e'en the organic'd burn like fire), so's gotta keep lots 'f corona to prevent the flies from doin' their thing. 'f course, then he rolls 'n gets such covered'n dirt. which means more frequent cleans than'd normally be done. last thing he needs'd be to get'n infection from such.
ugh, i feel ya! last time i ordered various thingies from amazon 'twas a bit 'f a nightmare. some came fedex, some ups 'n some usps - the latter 'f which 'twas too lazy to bring said package to the door (i've a huge box'n the front porch fer packages). which meant the hubs needed to go fetch such the next day there'n town.

They were so good too. I need to change up the recipe I found on the Internet as it called for coconut flour. I was out and used almond instead. I like it made with the almond better than the coconut. The coconut was too thick, with the almond it was perfect and the pancakes turned out awesome. I even forgot to put in the oil. It didn't need it.
It would have been nice to get a color printer, but the black will be fine. I can show all my pictures here in color. I don't need color for my books.
I'm sorry Whiskey isn't looking good. I hope your doctoring will help him.
I'm sorry that the package went in the wrong direction before it came to you. I was a little upset with the package delivery. I thought it was coming early, UPS or FedEx. It came by mail. I could have gone rock painting. Oh well. Nothing I can do about it now.

@crazyhorseladycx That's pretty lazy of your Post Office. I have a wonderful mail lady. She brought the box right into my apartment.
I hope that wound heals quickly. I'm sure fly season is nasty.

I am curious about how to make the pancakes with almond flour. I have a friend whom I often cook for that wants to do less carbs. Having convinced her to try almond flour, I have only made brownies for her using it. Can you share the recipe for the pancakes with me please?

@kobesbuddy My treat is the gluten-free healthy chocolate bar. I allow myself only one a day.

@just4him I had to start including a small treat, every single day. This works for me.
