Good Morning and Health Report - Day 82

It's Monday once again. How did it start for you? I got up at my usual time, was in the pool by 5 AM and stopped to get bananas on my way home. When I got home, I sat at the computer and started to fall asleep, so an hour and a half later I finished my Bible study, which I began before I left for the Y, then went for my walk. That's how my day started. Not 100% how I planned, but it works. I decided not to go into the fitness center because I burn more calories with walking than I do with riding the recumbent bike. I hope you're off to a good start to the week too. Here are my numbers for yesterday. The calories might seem high, but I needed one more meal to get my sodium where it needed to be. Calories: 1563 Sugar: 46 Carbs: 186.3 Protein: 68 Sodium: 584 Fat: 65.1 I didn't exercise yesterday. How did you do with your food and exercise? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

the bonus 'f ya walkin' outdoors 'd be the fresh air, too :) still doin' the liquid thingy here. i'm thinkin' perhaps i've a stricture?? not'n actual crohn's flare. fingers crossed such's not so.

@just4him thanks, hon. if'n not a flare, i'm thinkin' a stricture? which means i'd rather a flare....'tis been better since sunday, but i can tell somethin' jest aint right. 'twas a beaut 'f a chilly morn here. went walkin' 'round the place, takin' measurements 'n countin' through the hubs piles 'f "schtuff". i planted a bug'n his ear fer 'mprovements 'n 'm quite certain we've purty much all we need to build such here'n the place - jest scattered 's he's prone to do. lots 'f fencin' needin' replaced 's he's 'rednecked' quite a bit - which looks awful 'n 'tis quite dangerous fer the horses. 'f course, lots 'f lovin' given to my equine friends, too. i've nearly gotten mr. whiskey's dreadlocks out, added bonus.

@crazyhorseladycx I'm glad you've been feeling better and hope it's nothing serious. I'm glad you've had some nice weather there, though I'm still hoping you get rain soon. I hope you planted that bug deep in his ear so he gets things done that need doing. I'm glad Mr. Whiskey's deadlocks are almost out.

I hope it's not a Crohn's flare. I hope you feel better soon. Yes, the fresh air is the best part of walking outdoors.

I didn`t count calories yesterday, I am staying close to my numbers. But I did walk 15 laps around the field, that equals 60 city blocks. I like to walk outside better than workout in the house, I get fresh air and different sounds from nature, I also use this time to pray.

I walked more than one hour yesterday and I also walked later in the grocery stores to buy a few things. I had a very light lunch and light dinner, very few calories for my Monday.

I didn't exercise yesterday. Even though I felt better, my nose still was stopped up some. But today I went to get the mail. I will be exercising tomorrow though.

Week has starte good ust finishing dinner with oven fried chicken, rice and broccoli (fried the rest of chicken fro the rest of the family, Turned out pretty good.

Sunday is usually the day that we don't exercise, we just sit and watch TV or spend time online. Monday started out good for me, it's a little chilly today but I love it this way! Your numbers are a little up, but still not overly high. You're doing good, regardless:)

I was going to stop with the second meal, but I noticed my sodium was way low for the day and you need a minimum of 500 mg per day. So, I had one more meal giving me the extra calories, but the needed sodium.
