Today I´ll have a light dinner. I will cook some creamed chard as I told in another post and will serve potatoes at the side.
I was happy that I had not gone up too much during my vacations, but the extra kilo is not going away.

@louievill I have a mixture of bloods. But in this part of the world potatoes are one of our staple foods.

@marguicha For what concerns his weight there is nothing wrong, because he is healthy. For his aorta problem, he has to meet with the doctor and a specialist the next Tuesday.
