Creepy Things and Halloween / myLot

I didn't know that Halloween was a national holiday until well into the 20th century. The Amityville Horror was a hoax. John Lennon actually autographed a copy of his latest album "Double Fantasy" for his murderer, Mark David Chapman, on the very morning of his death. For four years after the death of James Dean in his infamous Porsche there were at least five unhealthy occurrences involving racers, drivers and doctors until finally the automobile just disappeared. I honestly don't think the Amityville horror was a hoax at all, but we all have what we believe in.

Then why did the new owners find nothing that the previous owners(who supposedly experienced "the horror") said had occurred in the house? Should be some remnants if they actually happened. '
