The Two Creative Passions of My Life

I have been so totally wrapped up in cross stitching that I have been neglecting just about everything else. I have been a busy little bee turning sayings and other things, mostly sayings into little cross stitch pieces.
I truly do love stitching. It is one of my favorite things to do. It could, if I am not careful, consume all of my time. Not only that I feel the say way about writing. I need to be divided into two people.
I am a very lucky person in that I can be involved in both of my passions. Not may people are that lucky.
How about you? Do you have anything that you are passionate about doing?

I used to love to needlepoint and do embroidery. I'm passionate about writing and, when I have time, reading.

@crazyhorseladycx I just like to stay busy. As for projects it does make me a little uncomfortable to have unfinished projects.

LOL--I just wrote about my love of writing. I get so into what I'm writing that I feel sad when I know I'm coming to the end of a story.

Those days are gone for me now Susan. I was a highly creative person due to my profession.

My mother loves to do cross stitching. I tried it once, but couldn't keep the needle threaded. I do like doing my latch hook rug, but I haven't done it in two weeks.

Writing is my first love; but I also like doing some crafts like you. It keeps me busy and prevents boredom; I tried to crochet and knit. Knitting is harder; did also some embroidery which I presumably inherited from my late mother.

@samysotelo18 I can draw a little and that was with a lot of effort. I wish it would come naturally. I will give it a try again.

I love to crochet and could spend many of my free hours doing just that.
I love the art of cross-stitching

Yes, without those passions, we would be bored silly.
