I wanted junk today so I ate it, however, I didn`t do to bad on the calories. And I stuck with portion size. Exercise - walked 15 laps around the field Breakfast - Skipped Brunch - 1 hot dog, sliced with 1/4 cup turkey chili topped with kraut = 250 calories Dessert - sugar free cheery pie filling topped with cool whip = 150 calories Dinner - McDonald`s double cheeseburger = 437 calories 9pm - oats with almonds and raisins, splash of milk = 440 Total = 1277 See total junk! What did you have today?

It wasn't total junk! Could be worse candy, chips, donuts, etc. You didn't do THAT bad. I had the munchies all day today and I think that is because I skipped breakfast. I ended up eating a Pot Pie for lunch, was still hungry so took out some leftover dirty rice. An hour later hungry again so got leftover mac and cheese. We had hamburgers for dinner. I didn't fix any fries because we had them last night. Then I ate a few corn chips with dip. I was BAD.

I think moderate eating of junk food with matching exercise is just fine.

You stayed close to the calorie limit. How bad can it be? I think every now and then we need to have a day like that.

McDonald's? Oh my...I have not had McDonald's in about 7 months. That is really good for me I use to eat it WAY to much. I have to say I don't mind not feeling like crap.

I know, I’m supposed to be low-carbing until Halloween, and what does my uncle do... he goes and buys me a meatball sub on a white sesame seed bun with tons of sauce. I’m about to down it right now.
