Nah, not referrin' to the holidays, which'd be obvious. 'tis the time 'f year here when fronts 're comin' 'n goin' which quite oft means sunsets with vast beauty 'n colorin'.
Mother Nature whips out her paint brush 'n palette, then quickly sets to work. 'n e'er changin' venue to drool o'er 'n a short span 'f time.
Jest when ya think the 'magic' 'tis fadin', she'll surprise ya with somethin' new. 'lways a good idea to've a camera handy'n 'xpect a delay'n e'enin' tasks.
Horses 'n feral cats wait somewhat patiently whilst I stop'n my tracks with hopes 'f recordin' such beauty fer all time. 'n to share here with folks who've 'ppreciation 'f such.

i can 'nly get such from the pasture these days, which's better'n none. the sunrises're now blocked by folks'n their trees/buildin's. 'nless one gets'p early 'n drives 'bout a mile 'n waits with fingers crossed fer a purty sunrise, ya jest aint gonna capture such.
i hear ya'n sleepin' later. unfortunately the horses 'n ferals like their meals'n a timely manner, lol.

@crazyhorseladycx The sun seems to set so quickly at this time of the year doesn't it? I don't know if it really sets quickly or if we just enjoy the beautiful colours so much that it seems quick.

yes ma'am, 'twas a beaut. really liked the one from the other eve with those cotton ball lookin' clouds 's far's the eye could see. hopefully ya got to be mesmerized by such 't least fer a lil while. she's quite the artist!

what? ya didn't go play'n such? make snow angels? build ya a couple snowmen? lol, jest kiddin'. don't blame ya, i'd not ventured out neither 'nless 'twas necessary. that'd be a hiccup with critters. the worst the weather, ya more ya need to go'n check to make sure they're comfy.

Don't know why but I always preferred sunsets to sunrises!! Of course since I stopped drinking in 1981 I haven't seen a sunrise!!

yes ma'am, though 't times 'tis diff'cult to see the beauty these days. so much commercialism brings me down this time 'f year. these beautiful sunsets keep remindin' me that all's not perfect, but life continues anyhow - 'njoy the moments.
