Who's there?
Maintenance. Time to move your car.
There wasn't a sign. It wasn't there when I got back from getting my car fixed.
I thought I saw you riding around on a donut.
Yeah. I had a flat tire. I went to the pool on Thursday, then rock painting, and when I got home I saw the flat.
People take them down. What can I say?
Well, it's a good thing I just got up from my nap.
Nap, I wish I could take a nap.
Okay, I'll leave.
So went the conversation with Eric. I was falling asleep on my computer and went to take a nap. I had just gotten up and was playing a mahjong game to warm up the computer before I came back here. Now, two hours later I'm back. I finally won a hard mahjong game, and it's time to get my notifications finished.
After I got the car taken care of this morning, I went to the grocery store for bananas. It was the only thing I planned to buy today since I finished them on Saturday. However, I found myself at Aldi. And picked up a few more groceries and good for me snacks. Believe me, I read every label on those good for me snacks. They're gluten-free, vegan, paleo, Grain-Free Cookie Bites. I bought two flavors - double chocolate chip and salted caramel. I also picked up a prime rib for my dinner. Gotta love Aldi. The prices are right and a person on a grain-free, gluten-free diet can find good food to fit a healthy lifestyle.
I also had a good long walk-around Aldi. One thing I can say for all the steps I've been getting in the last few days, I didn't have a problem walking around Aldi or standing for a period of time. I'm still in good shape. What started out tough this morning, is working well now. I'm also going on 3000 steps. I'll have 5000 before I go to bed tonight. Early. Tomorrow I'm going back to the pool, and I'm going to get laundry done too. That's a must. I normally get laundry done on Saturday. However, the flat tire stopped that idea.
I called my grandson to find out what time he worked. No answer. I called my son. He told me Jon's last day was yesterday. So, I didn't need to pick him up for work and told my son I would be there tomorrow to do laundry.

Yes, it is. It makes it easy when all the cars are off so they can do a good job. They hand out tickets to those who don't get their vehicles off the lot for snowplowing.

what sign? i'm confused, which 's ya know don't take much these days. glad y'ave that place, too. makes me wish we'd such'n these parts. the hubs aint prone to readin' the full labels 'f nothin'....
'tis thursday night here. been a most hectic week. if'n ya could do me a favor, could'ja pray fer my brother'nlaw? he sure needs 't :(

I sure will.
When we have lots of snow the management puts up signs on the doors, they used to put one in everyone's door but stopped that this year. The sign told everyone they needed to move their car off the lot during a certain time so the plows could come in and plow the parking lot.

I have had a busy day today too. I had a few things to collect at the post office then we went to a mall to pick up some things I had ordered then went to our old lady friend who we could not get hold of she had put her phone down the wrong way so no one could contact her. This is becoming a habit! We then went had a bit of lunch my wife did some shopping and I managed to pick up a couple of memory pillows I want to take with me on the world cruise next year. So busy day and that was my day., Glad you have had your tyre sorted out now. Did you have one in the boot?

I'm glad your tire was fixed and you got the bananas you needed.
We don't have that store here. But that's okay because we stick to our local grocery store anyways for most food.
My morning wasn't awful. And I'm up to 9,000 steps. Woot

That is great that your car got fixed and you were able to go to the store, and such! Busy here, I worked out, and made two chicken dishes to eat throughout the week.

It sounds like you had a busy day. I didn't do a lot today really...It was cold. I stayed home and ran the dishwasher got my dishwasher warranty sent in finally, and made an orange fluff dessert which is a WW recipe and only one point. It tastes just like glorified rice without the rice. I love it.

Day went fine. The temps today for high was in the upper forties when I went across the road and about two block down to Super Walmart to get what I needed to make homemade chili that is simmering away as I typed. I had a good walkaround the store before coming back out to walk home with my chili fixings, They finally are beginning to build the Aldi store that. is going to be directly across the highway. Hopefully it won''t be long
