I remembered I needed to go to Walgreens to pick up a medication refill. I did a little store walking while I was there and looked to see what I could get on the health benefits credit card. I got the booklet in the mail yesterday. Not much I'm interested in outside of the heating pad I bought the last time I was there, and the toothpaste and brushes I stocked up on today, and bandaids. The walking was good, and I didn't go over the pain threshold. My knee was pretty good when I left. I'm still planning to put the heating pad on it.
When I got back I found the box in the photo in front of my door. Huge for the tiny item sitting next to it. There was a customs thing on the box, so I'm thinking it came from Ireland. I ordered a teabag holder a few days ago with a promised delivery date of today through February 6th. When I unwrapped it, I was happy it looked exactly like the photo on Amazon.
I'm going to finish up the notifications I have since I logged out an hour ago. I want to work on Legacy, but I also need to get the heating pad on my knee.
Have you received a huge box in the mail for a very small item? Thanks for reading.

I guess they wanted the item well protected from being damaged.

Yes, I've had that happen before, the box was huge, in comparison to the item inside it.

@kobesbuddy Maybe Jay knows why they have tiny things in huge boxes.

@just4him I guess just to guarantee, the small item doesn't get lost in the shuffle or broken.

That's very strange that they put a small item in a huge box! I have had that happen a few times

I would think they could ship it in a smaller box.

Yes I have. And lots of packing material to hold it in place.
