If you didn't have to work, cook or clean.. What would you do with your time?

If money was no issue, and you didn't have to do any chores around the house, what would you do with your time? I think I would spend more time reading, I'd probably follow a television series or two, and I'd do some traveling. I think, however, that I'd eventually get bored? What about you?

Haha! Definitely shop for me too. Though I have a hard time buying things that I need, I don't have a hard time buying things I want.

I would definitely go to alot of concerts and shows.

That might be fun. It would depend on the show. I'd get annoyed with the loud noise after awhile, so it would have to be a band, singer, or comedian that I like.

@Courtlynn I'd probably have to bring some ear plugs and wear them until they start singing. I've been to concerts before but they were smaller venues.

If money wasn't an issue, you could move a little closer to your friends as well.

@Tina30219 I would do that too. Of course, if money wasn't an issue I'd buy a large piece of land and build a few little houses with one big room that has a big kitchen, a nice dining room and an entertainment space.

That would be a good way to spend your time and help animals. I'd do that myself but I couldn't handle it when animals inevitably get put down.

I couldn't do that. I'd want to take all the animals home.

I think I would get extremely bored just being on mylot all the time. After awhile, the conversations start getting dull. Being out in nature though, I like that idea.

I would travel a lot. At home I would read lots of books, watch movies, listen to music and spend time on my art. I would lalso spend more time with friends and find a place to volunteer. I don't think I would get bored

@ScribbledAdNauseum I did that in Italy (many years ago) It was great. I enjoyed it very much and I learned a lot. My teachers didn't speak English so I was forced to speak Italian all the time. If I had lots of money and lots of free time I would love to do the same in other countries. That would be fantastic.

@Porcospino Yes, you've really got to immerse yourself in the language and culture to really benefit from learning anything. If I had the money now I'd pay someone to converse with me in Spanish.

Can you imagine being able to go to classes for a foreign language in the country that the language is prevalent? That is definitely what I would do. I'd spend a couple of months at a time in the country, but traveling to different parts.

@LadyDuck I am not sure if there are any travel companies that specialize in exploring the history of a country, and offering classes about the culture and language, but there should be. There are plenty out there that would take advantage of such a company.

I'd fill my time reading probably but maybe on a tropical beach somewhere
• United States
8 Feb 20
That would be nice. I think it'd have to be a private beach, that way the only thing to disturb me would be a seagull or two, and maybe a butler who would bring me drinks and food.

Ah, so you could paint the landscapes instead of, or combined with, taking pictures. That would be a nice way to remember a place.

I can't do the chores so I busy myself on the computer. I would do a LOT of traveling if I were able to. As long as my husband is still around, I don't get bored. I would be terribly lonely and bored without him. :-(
