Stouffer's Stuffed Peppers for Dinner

Found a good sale the last time I was at Kroger. Stouffer's stuffed peppers were two for one. Could not pass it up. Buy one and get one free. These peppers will be on the menu for dinner later this evening, along with mashed potatoes. Good stuff. Stouffer's is always a brand I can trust. And the price was right too. Have made these homemade for years, but could not pass up this deal.

It's a good deal on the price but will they be as good as home made? I'm sure they will be a lot easier. I'm always afraid to buy those frozen type meals cause I have had a few in the past that were not so good.

As I said to Jim, they are as good to me and a lot less time. I only buy certain brands. Stouffer's being one of those brands I trust. Not saying anyone else has to buy them.

Yum. I haven't had stuffed peppers in years. The hubs doesn't like peppers.

I guess if it was a good deal. But these are so easy to make homemade. I would never buy something like this. But it seems you got enough of a good deal it makes sense. But you KNOW I am always cynical of anything like this. Not knocking it. Just being me.

Jim, I have made them many many times homemade. I know the time it takes. When I can get these, all ingredients included for $2.00 and they taste good, to my liking, that is what I will do. Period. I didn't ask anyone else to buy it. Or to eat it. Just saying I bought it. I cooked it. And I ate it... and enjoyed it very much.
