Hospital, glad the weather was nice

My phone is on silent, so I only look at it at lunch. Hubby had called.
We played phone tag for a while, he does not leave messages.
I got called to the office for a call from the local hospital.
Long story short, he had another blockage. Locally they could not manage to take care of it. I do not have a car at work, but besides that he would have been too uncomfortable riding in any car, let alone the one he had there, a sports car with a five speed.
He went to the VA by ambulance. I chose to work out my shift and follow. I needed to get some paper work from the house.
His doctor came in and took care of him. I will pick him up this afternoon. He had to be sedated, but once the problem was taken care of he will be fine.
That explains my absences from here yesterday and today.

He is home, but locally they say he needs another CAT scan, with contrast, for something else. He was beginning to feel really good.

They will charge us about $300 for the ambulance, but that is okay.

I was very tired yesterday. I did not sleep well the night before, and then between errands to pick up paperwork, etc. then driving to the hospital again I drove about 175 miles.
