Well it's Monday morning and I was just looking at some news and it is not looking any better this morning. The Feds drop rates to zero, Trump is telling us to relax, Vegas casinos are closing their doors, people in San Francisco are fighting in the stores. It is getting crazy out there and some say this could last till the end of the year. I'm not sure if or when this will start to get better but I hope it to be a short time, the longer this is headline news the crazier people are going to get. It will get more and more dangerous out there. I am not talking about catching the virus I am talking about people are going to turn more dangerous to each other. Hope you all have a good and safe week.

I don't think this last to the end of the year. I think the warmer weather coming soon will kill it. We might even be seeing the peak of the madness NOW. How worse can it get at this point? In a month I think things will start to get back to normal honestly.

I hope your right, I mean I can't see it going to the end of the year either. Hopefully, we are at the peak of it now and it will start to pass.

@Bensen32 It's hard for people to see too far ahead into the future, especially when right now they are so convinced this is the new normal. It will pass. Soon. Not out of the woods of course. But it will pass.

You are right. The virus is it's own danger, but the biggest danger of the moment is all the hysteria that has happened and will continue to happen because of it. It would be nice if news outlets would report on other things. They can still say "For the most up to date news on the virus please visit our website" and then leave it at that. People need a moment where they aren't worrying about the virus.

Yea, but it sells so they will continue to pump out the information, right, wrong or indifferent they will continue to fill their news with it.

I am quite sure that we will have a treatment available in weeks that will limit the number of deaths. But not a vaccine will be ready before next year. Take care of yourself and stay away of people.

A treatment and vaccine that people can afford? That would be a good thing.

I certainly hope it doesn't get worse and that we can all go back to our normal daily lives. I'm sure the next few weeks will be difficult but as @porwest said I think the warm weather will kill the virus. I heard something about it can't live in humidity.

I am no expert but if that is the case bring on the warm and humid weather. Never thought I would say that since I hate the humid weather but I guess if we need it.

@Marilynda1225 If that is what it takes to get things back to normal and people not freaking out. Then I say I will deal with it.

My mother keeps saying it's going to get worse before it gets better. I keep thinking and hoping it's not true.

Hopefully it won't last till the end of the year. That's a long time to be going through shutdowns and shortages.

I agree the reactions of people are even more dangerous than the scare from the virus. Stay safe!

Yes, the people worry more than the virus does. Take care of yourself.
