Gosh. I am not one to brag. But don't I always have the best "what's for dinner" posts on this site? I mean, I don't ever make anything NORMAL. I always have some experimental concoction going on over here.
AND I get the obligatory puke faces from @NJChicaa, and that is always fun of course. I think she might give me puke faces if I told her I made a London Broil these days.
So, I had some pad thai noodles and so I cooked those up. Done. I cut up an onion. Done. I had some leftover cooked chicken breast and cut that up. Done. I had some leftover peas and carrots. Done. I put in a packet of cream cheese. Done. I put in a jar of alfredo sauce. Done. Seasoned with a little bit of salt and pepper, oregano and Italian seasoning, some garlic powder, and just a touch of dill.
Done.
Into the oven it goes and I will bake it for about 30 minutes to an hour or until it is done.
It looks disgusting. But I am almost positive from my preliminary tests it will taste VERY good.
Just emptying out my cupboard and my refrigerator and expanding my meal. Hey, does anyone who has been hoarding all that toilet paper have any they can spare me?
I might have to make a couple of extra unexpected trips to the toilet. Wish me luck.
What's going on your table tonight?

@JohnRoberts Ah, well I suppose that does help to avoid some of the gastrointestinal frustrations.

That's very close to the way that I make Chicken Alfredo. Good job! I had a Spam Lite sandwich.

@LindaOHio lol. Actually, to be fair, I have not had Spam in years. Maybe I should get a can and just try it again. I might actually find I like it.

This looks like a casserole, are you Midwestern per chance? And is there a name for this dish? I usually eat "weird" things too since I am a vegetarian and I just like some of the weird stuff. Ha ha. The picture does NOT look flattering, but I bet it tasted just fine! Today I did nothing creative but ate a dry salad and some veggies for a snack.

Ever since I´m on a self imposed quarantine (now it is mandatory so they caught up with me), I´m cooking a lot and having lots of leftovers. I wish I knew where to put them. Besides, now I am eating less because I´m alone so there´s more left.
BTW, Use an old cloth for toilet paper and WASH it later on. Toilet paper is a new thing in the world.

A pad thai noodle actually really just tastes like any other noodle. It's slightly different, made from rice of course, but it really doesn't taste all that much different than a regular noodle. It reminds me a bit of fettucine noodles.
As for what I'd call it? Hmm. Not sure. Chicken Alfredo Pad Thai? lol. I don't know.
