So the other day I seen someone say something about how many times are you washing your hands a day and they joked about washing their hands 100 times a day. I assume that is a bit of an over exaggeration. So yesterday I started to tick a sheet of paper each time I washed my hands just to see.
19, Well there was the shower too, not sure that is counted or not so maybe 20. I also didn't count the times that I used hand sanitizer and I use that after smoking so that was probably another 10 or so times.
So cleaning my hands about 30 times a day, give or take a few. That seems like a lot. I'm sure it is more than usual.
I have also been cleaning my phone, keyboard, door handles, house in general really a lot more than in the past. I guess that is a good thing right even if this whole virus thing was not going on.
I know, kind of a weird post first thing in the morning but I thought I would share it with you all and see if you are around the same amount as me or not.

I wash my hands frequently during the day but I've never really counted. I do make sure the doorknobs and light switches are wiped down with Lysol a few times a day.
I'm curious...are you going out anywhere? or are you washing that many times in the house by yourself?

If there is just the two of you and no-one has left the house or come into it, I don't see the need to wipe down the doorknobs, etc too often. Once they're clean, they should stay clean. Just sayin'. Enjoy your day. It's overcast here but not supposed to rain.

I have been cleaning the keyboard and mouse more often. I think I probably wash my hands an average of 15 times per day, give or take. Sometimes I just use hand sanitizer. Like after I've eaten.

@Bensen32 I think a lot of us have probably been overdoing it. My fingers feel like they are drying out a bit, so I was thinking I needed to find some hand wash with aloe or something like that in it. Maybe get some of that Daw that has Olay in it.

I don't wash my hands that much. I do use hand sanitizer after I clean out the litter box which is once a day. I do wash my hands after feeding Lily her wet food and sometimes after I give her dry food. And of course when I go to the bathroom.

I don't know how many times a day I wash my hands. I might start counting.
