It has been in months that I haven't visit the nearest beach from my city. Whenever I feel so stressed out, the only getaway place is this. Just sitting at the seaside can make me refresh. I wish I could travel to any beaches in my country if things are all fine. The photo is a throwback one in 2013.
Do you have any favorite spots in mind right now?

I miss my favorite beach. It is not that far from my home, and my husband and I usually visit that place pretty often. If it is cold we eat or drink coffee in the car. If the weather is sunny we find a place to sit down.

@Shavkat In the past I lived extremely close to the beach. I was able to walk from my house to the beach. I live in a different place now and we have to drive to get to the beach. People still visit that beach at the moment, but they stay inside their cars with closed doors and windows. I was a backpacker in 2010. It was a lot of fun

@Porcospino It sounds like your place didn't have lockdown because of this NCOV. It's my dream to have a house near the beach. Hopefully, I can able to do this in time. I missed being a backpacker and wanted to do this again if things will be fine.

I miss going down to Lake Huron, each morning. I sit in my car with a cup of fresh, morning coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet. With a lockdown, I can no longer do this.

@Shavkat Even family members, need to distance themselves one from another.

In years gone by I used to go to the lake and sit on the bank and watch the animals (birds, snakes, rabbits) playing along the edge of the water.

@DaddyEvil I can do have my simple exercise with the mosquitoes. I need to have the mosquito swatter. Perhaps I can bring with me a mosquito net.
Are these snakes poisonous? Is it a crime to kill them? A bolo can protect me from these creatures. It sounds like Vitamin B complex is a repellant. Why is that? Could the blood taste differently?

@Shavkat Well, unfortunately, if you go to a lake, snakes will be there,
whether you see them or not... Oh, also lots of
mosquitoes will be waiting until you really get into your book and then the whole tribe of 'skeeters will ambush you and try their best to carry you away so they can make you into their portable feast!
But I have learned that if I take two Complex B Vitamins twenty minutes before I go outside and again after I've been outside for three and a half hours mosquitoes won't land on me or bite me! I can spend the entire day outside without getting bitten once!

We certainly do have some favorite spots (the beach is one) in mind, but with travel limited b/c of the virus everyone is worried about, most will only be working.
The beach is a great place to be with the sunshine and saltwater, fresh air-what more could we need to feel healthy.

Know what you mean...I miss my window shopping getting walking exercise. How about YouTube for some sounds and video if ocean or beach?
