Good morning, Monday. Thoughts about quarantine.

Today I woke up early. My sleeping schedule has changed with so many days alone.
It hasn´t happened to me only. Yesterday I was supposed to have a workshop by phone with Caroline and she texted me that she had woken up too late. So we will have it today.
I am up much too early now and then take naps while I´m watching a movie on TV
I already watched the earlier news and turned the TV off. Quarantine is not a nice thing. I have been at home for a month and I´m starting to feel like a real prisoner. I never really understood before what being in jail meant.

I guess our whole routine is thrown out of window in this quarantine. But now I am making a conscious effort to stay disciplined and productive. It can be really depressing and upsetting at times. But guess better to stay safe.

@marguicha I bought online, some of the things I ordered were substituted with others because not available, this is not something I appreciate. Tomorrow I go.

@LadyDuck I'm sure you'll be happy to do your own shopping since you've been relying on someone else to do it lately. I haven't been to the store in weeks even though we have the opportunity to shop early as a senior citizen.

My sleeping is off too since this quarantine has been ongoing. Some days I sleep a lot and other days not even a nap.
I guess we're all suffering from being in the house for so long.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel like a prisoner. It will get better soon.

It is difficult. We are prisoners even though we live in good cells.

It really puts me in a bad mood. I am struck by how I hear many nursing homes are confining each resident to their own room. Worse than prison.

I feel the same but we really have to stay home to avoid having this Covid 19 virus. I hope everything will be ok soon

I have been at home for maybe a month now. But maybe the coronavirus is not all we can get.
