The New Norm of 2020

West Haven, Connecticut
June 2, 2020 9:37am CST
Its been a horrible year overall, begining with Australia on fire, then the Covid19 outbreak and now riots all over America over justice. Besides all of that some of us like myself have to go to work and be out in the real world and its with a mask on everywhere I go. I cannot honestly believe these are the times we are living in. Sadly I believe things are only going to get worst before they get better worldwide. Not to mention hurricane season around the corner so I'm literally just trying to stay alive at this point. We are here today but tomorrow isn't certain for anyone, stay safe everyone.

We have had our fair share of disappointments this year during 2020, but there is no promise that tomorrow won't be an improvement.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX We have had some of it up here also, just like everywhere in the world. We went into a lockdown in early March, and are still in it for the most part, a few stores have been allowed to reopen, but nothing else.

I do have to agree with you. It hasn't been a good year so far. And I do think that things are going to stay this way a bit longer before they get better.

Very well put. Sadly I have to agree with you, it's not going to get a whole lot better anytime soon and with the way some people are acting I'm beginning to wonder what's more dangerous, the corvid 19 or rioters.

I think they stand hand in hand, sadly those protesting and rioting are only going to worsen the covida pandemic, I won't be surprised when they is a second wave even more deadlier than the first

That's possible but lets hope it stays in those areas where the rioters are as they're the ones causing the problems @BACONSTRIPSXXX

We had a volcano eruption that filled most Metro Manila cities including mine with ash fall before the pandemic. If there was one thing good with that it gave as time to stock up on face masks and respirators. Typhoon season here is also coming.

So true, 2020 has been the most challenging year so far and we just have to enjoy the 'today' and not worry what will happen tomorrow. But still keeping the faith, God is watching and He is definitely is in control of everything.
