Today's reassuring message from the President of the United States.

During times like these, when we're dealing with Covid-19, racial tensions, riots and looting, and a troubled economy, it's good to receive words of reassurance from the President. If you read between the lines, you can tell that he's calling for collaboration across the aisle to achieve police reform that maintains the strength and integrity of the police, while ensuring that the police operate within strict parameters to protect the public. He also seems to be calling for economic changes that will allow the economy to recover slowly but steadily. And most heartening was his call for blacks and whites to band together in peaceful protest, while not being tolerant of criminal behaviors that undermine the integrity of advocates for social reform.
