Among other things, today I am watering everything. We have been too long without rain.
Tinker and Mickey like to help.
Everywhere I walk in the yard, Tinker runs right in front of me, perhaps to trip me, who knows.
Talk about garden hoses--Tinker obviously likes to listen to the water running in them. He lays on the grass and looks at them. Mickey likes to find a coil of hose and lay on it, because it is cool.
So, if you do not see me here, I am likely outside.
Tomorrow an appliance person is REALLY coming. Not the one I have been waiting on. He says it is important to get the refrigerator running correctly so I do not lose any more food.
It is another sunny and hot day here. And that is okay.

Me too. The one guy was always going to call me back, was going to be in my town tomorrow. This guy has to travel further, says he has parts he will put in his truck and will possibly be able to get it done tomorrow. Other than that, if need be he will say "go buy a new one."

@DianneN I want to save up for a full round of appliance replacements, and kitchen remodel, perhaps next summer. For now, this refrigerator runs well. I will get one better configured to my lifestyle, like one of those French Door with bottom freezer. It can wait a bit, since the refrigerator seems to be working well now.

@wolfgirl569 Tink is just barely a year old. I hope he settles down eventually. Because he was hand raised and bottle fed he is very affectionate, but has no boundaries.

Nice that Tinker and Mickey are your helpers in the yard. Glad the repair man is finally coming. Hope he is able to fix it without any trouble. It's 56 and rainy today. Will be back to normal by the weekend, 90's. Bizarre is only way to describe 2020

We've had some issues with some of the people we've had doing things for us lately too. I hope this guy will get the fridge back in operation for you soon. Here we are talking about getting more things done, but also about the price of groceries.

I am not buying groceries until the fridge is fixed. I have both the fridge and an upright freezer that only half way work, but the chest freezer works good and it has quite a bit of meat in it.

Hope the fridge gets fixed right and soon. I'm gonna need a little section of my roof patched before the moonsoons come. Sprung a leak when it rained Saturday afternoon. And I can't make rhyme nor reason out of why the roofs in Santa Fe are flat where you have moonsoons and snow. Devin says this is a common issue, and you can see why. P.S. I can relate to animals underfoot. My poor kitty gets stepped on, but she never learns that I don't always watch my feet. Maybe I should get her tap shoes! Our pets love us too much!

Yes, they love to love us, as we fall and hit the ground. I do not know why anyone puts on flat roofs. I am missing some shingles and will get that fixed next. Local man does those kinds of jobs, IF he is still doing it.
