Signing Off 6/16/20 - Catching Up

First of all, it took me all day to catch up with reading all of the Discussions and the 113 Notifications. But now that's done. No posting again today. Didn't have time.
Yesterday my husband went to the other house around 7 pm just for a quick look around. I was worried sick when he finally showed up at midnight. I was ready to call the police and have them go to the house. He had fallen in the attic and now has a goose egg on his forehead and a scratch on his nose. He was so worn out from going up and down steps, etc., that it took him forever in the house.
I've given up on the dongle for the TV. I am waiting for an answer from the vendor to see if I can send it back. It's from China; so I'm crossing my fingers that they'll let me send it back. It was $60. I'm going to buy a 15 foot HDMI cable instead and wire it directly from the TV to the computer. Should be all I have to do.
What have you been doing?

@LindaOHio I'm so glad to hear that. Head injuries always scare me. When my son was younger, he was helping someone move. They were putting a tanning bed in the moving truck and somehow it fell on my son's head. When he told me about it, I begged him to go to the ER but he wouldn't go. He had headaches for a while after, then was ok. Several years later he had to have an MRI for something and was told there was old blood in his brain. We both knew immediately what caused it. He was so lucky because if the bleeding hadn't stopped, he wouldn't be here today.

He finally called me just before he left. I was frantic at that point. No, he went by himself.

@LindaOHio Having someone go with him would hurt his manly pride but if possible that might be a good idea.

@sallypup He really doesn't have anyone to go with him; and I can't get around enough to navigate all the stairs.

Oh no, I am sorry he fell - hope he is okay! Sorry about the dongle too, hope you can at least get a refund. Sounds like an easier plan to use the 15 foot cable to do the job instead.
