Always speak good over yourself, never say negative things about yourself. if you do before long you believe them because you talked yourself into that... whatever it was you said.
That is why I always make a word for the year, for instance my word for myself this year is 'thrive' and that is what I aim for, to thrive in all areas life, life is giving that to me.
Today is another first for me and I am loving it, can`t reveal just yet but soon.

I have told other people this in the past. Especially some of my young adult disabled ladies I used to work with. I would always tell them not to talk badly about my friends (themselves). I am in a spot right now where I need to practice this.
