July 12 - What I'm Thankful for Today

This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. I have a few things to be thankful for today.
I'm thankful for the opportunity and privilege to go to church this morning. The sermon was on the tongue and how deceitful it can be.
I'm thankful for the time I spent here and getting the notifications finished. It was a good time. I love spending time getting to know you and reading how your day went.
I'm thankful for the walk I took when I got off the computer earlier. The weather was perfect for a good walk.
I'm thankful I got all my fitness goals done. I think it's getting easier.

I woke up to the drizzle that is constant. It's now 8 am and the drizzle continues. That means I do not need to water the garden.

I am thankful for another day, for feeling like I should, having a quiet day, and even though we lost the cat who was staying with me his Daddy (it just seems natural to his memory that I still refer to him as the cat's Daddy( came by and made me dinner for all these things I am thankful

I am thankful that I can stay inside with the AC on and don't have to be out in the head all day sweating.

@just4him Downside is that on the third floor the AC doesn't do much to cool things down. And that's where the bedroom and master bathroom are. When I take a shower, as soon as I get out I want to go back in. It's hot and I start to sweat.
