Weekends Off

Happy Monday Everyone! it's a bright sunny day here in my little corner of the myLot world. The sky is mixed with clouds and it looks like a nice day ahead.
The morning seems to be flying by and I wanted to get here to say hello before the day got away from me.
I decided to take the weekend off from myLotting. I'm starting to hate spending so much time on the computer especially when my daughter is here and I almost feel as if I'm ignoring her when I'm lost on the computer.
It's our time to get stuff done especially now that she's back to work.
Did we do anything exciting over the weekend? Not really.
I did order new rugs for my bathroom in gray. I need two but decided against getting two matching ones so I got a gray and white to put in front of my double sink/vanity and a round gray and white pattern for in front of my shower. Even if they aren't matching patterns I think they'll go well together.
I want to rearrange my bedroom but it seems like a big deal and I'm not sure I want to undertake the task. I'd probably need my son to come and help with the furniture so it's still on my mind but not something I'm ready to tackle.
I'm assuming my son will have to come here soon as one of the boards on my deck has popped up. He rebuilt most of the deck last summer and we had plans on doing the rest this spring but then the virus hit so it's been on the back burner. He was going to replace some of the boards and then stain the whole thing. Guess it's a good thing he waited if he has to fix this board now.
Anyway, I have the usual things to do around the house this morning but I want to sit here for awhile and chat.
My coffee and I are ready for some good myLot interaction

@Marilynda1225 thanks for asking Miss Marilyn. She is still in the hospital. I message her everyday and she tells me she is okay. but she still has covid only that it is asymptomatic. My sister is home quarantined but my other sister and nieces and nephews who had contact with mom are all negative but staying in the hotel to quarantinen themselves there.

This virus has changed lots of things for us. We cancelled a trip to Japan and postponed redecorating our old family room and the deck. I guess I can live with it for a while. I waited all this time already.
No big plans. I walked this morning and did some yoga. Hubs found me a huge surprise in the woods, so I'm excited over that.

It's sad that you had to cancel your trip to Japan. Hopefully you'll be able to go once this virus is gone for good.
I need the carpet on my stairs and in the upstairs hallway cleaned but I don't know if I'm ready to have someone come in to do it.

@Marilynda1225 That's okay. We can do everything another time once the virus is gone.
I don't know about you, but I won't even let my cleaning lady into our house. I feel badly for her, so I sent her a check to help her out and will again. I also don't want to lose her.

Although it is cold, the day is sunny. We are still in lockdown so I´ll put an order to my bedroom bringing back some things I had to take away when the technician came in to fix the TV.
