I don't know if I'm going to be on the computer when I get home later. I'll be leaving soon to go to my son's to do laundry and from there to the eye surgery center for the first of two cataract surgeries. I will be talking to the doctor about computer time.
Since the site seems to be working better than it has, here are the stats for Saturday and Sunday. I'm using a different format found on my Fitbit.

Today is a no eating day before the surgery. They said I could take my medication and have water. I only take a Vitamin D tablet. It can wait and so can the water until I get home.
How did you do with food and exercise? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

@marlina Yes, it is, but they accepted the dates my son gave them. I'm glad it's over this week. I don't know how long I'll be without proper glasses. I'm feeling the effects this morning. One eye needs the glasses, the other doesn't. I have my followup this afternoon.

I must have missed a discussion. Didn’t realize you were having surgery. You’ll be in my prayers

It did. My left eye is still foggy, something they said would happen, but will clear up. I can tell you my lights are brighter than I thought possible. Even the computer screen is a bit harsh at the moment. I don't know how long I will be here.

You've missed a lot of meals in the past few months, so you're making up for it.

That's with all the steps I got yesterday including the walk in the rain. That wasn't smart. It was only a drizzle, but the mosquitoes tried to mess with me.
