@JudyEv @xFiacre I have researched, the name of the Bar "Bra's Bar". The bras have been donated by the customers, one started the tradition offering her bra after a great party, the owner hang the bra on the ceiling, the tradition continued. In six months they have received 240 bras.

We saw a shoe tree in the mountains with dozens of tennis shoes tied together and flung over the branches. But this is much stranger than the one we saw!
