Back after four days.....

Good morning from this side of planet 
It's 11:27 AM and this is my first break since morning. I am sitting here with a warm cup of turmeric milk and some dates and almonds. That would be my morning snacks for the day. . I had my breakfast at 8. And then a non stop working made me feel hungry. 
My next session will start at 12. So I can have some half an hour here enjoying my morning snacks
. Then I work till 2. So this snacks will keep me going till then
I had a long weekend. We had holidays on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. But still I could not find time to be here. There were two festivals in a row on Friday and Saturday. So most of the time went in cleaning, cooking, decorations and celebrations. Also my whole Sunday went to get ready for work... I needed to do a lot for this week classes.
Monday too went hectic as after work I devoted my whole afternoon to prepare and plan for the art session that I am taking this week for middle school.
So I am here after four days and excited about it. . I have a free afternoon today and I hope to spend some more time here

@arunima25 This is so true, it's the same after the summer vacations, we come back exhausted. I also have pending cleaning work, it was too hot the past few days.

@LadyDuck Oh! Hot weather can be exhausting. Hope you get some relief soon.
You are so right about vacations. You don't mind the pre planning work and chores as you are excited and look forward to vacation. But the chores and cleaning post vacation can be real pain and we are not that excited to do them.

Thanks Anna. Whenever we have holidays and celebration, we have enough to keep us busy. And at the end all the celebration and fun makes us too exhausted. I really had a lot of pending cleaning work and a long weekend is the best time to do that

yes festival season are busy time of the year. But a time to enjoy with with family and friends.
