Good Thursday Morning and some awesome News!

I woke up to a rainy/cloudy day with temps of 71 F right now and 85 F later in the day. The rain should taper off in the afternoon.
I have some great news to share with y'all. Donna found a 4 bedroom /2 bath house with a fenced in yard for the dogs. She also got the job that she was hoping for, so everything is looking good.
She had to pay the rent, security deposit and a non-refundable pet deposit (a total of $4,200.00) for it now so she wont lose it. That means that we just might be moving a little sooner. That is totally alright with me..
Today she is getting the utilities on and also the cable, my granddaughter will have a key so she can be there when everything gets turned on. Donna sent me a little video of the house and yard, it looks good.

That is great news about the 4 bedroom /2 bath house with a fenced-in yard for the dogs. Wow, on top of that she got the job that she was hoping for. Good thing she could pay for the security deposit so she would not lose the place. I am very happy for her.

That sounds like very good news. The house sounds nice and big. And congratulations on her new job as well! It sounds like things are coming together for your family. I live in an apartment that's attached to my son's home, so I have a child nice and close too.
