What I'm Thankful for Today, September 22

I'm still i the hospital.
I'm thankful I am still here. The nursing staff are wonderful.
I'm thankful I'll be going to a nursing facility when I leave here.
I'm thankful I'm doing things a little better than earlier today.
My doctor was here early this morning. He told me my knee was worse than he expected. I also have thin skin, so it was hard to stitch up the wound. I'm thankful he could get it stitched up.
Okay, that's what I'm thankful for. I'm getting off the laptop now. It's difficult for me to work on the smaller scree and my bifocals. What are you thankful for today. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

@garymarsh6 That's my hope. I have my second surgery on November 2nd. Then there will be no stopping me.

so glad yer bein' treated so well, hon. says lots 'bout the hospital, to've such carin' staff. i'm thankful he 'twas able to get such tended, too. my sweet momma's tears easily, 'kin to 100 year ol' parchment paper. perhaps 'tis a colitis thing?
thankful fer hearin' good news from ya, that'cher spirits 're still high 'n yer gettin' the proper care. both 'f which i worried 'bout. e'en though the hubs told me 'twas not my business.. (yep, he's still 'live)
spoke with my momma 't a decent hour, 'lways a plus.
got some drafts out fer a couple 'f legal teams, which hopefully be sufficient.

@just4him yer welcome. i'm so delighted to learn 'f such. here, we've jest the one. 'tis really gone downhill, care wise, since i worked there many years 'go. i dunno if 'tis burn-out, poor management 'r what :(

I am thankful for food prepared for easy meals. We had nationalized tests for students today. My students get stressed.

@just4him I'm so glad to know you're being well looked after. I was telling my dad not too long ago that having good and caring nurses / doctors around while being in hospital really does help to feel more comfortable.
Beautiful photo, continue recovering and see you around later.
I am thankful to be having some time to myself today. Have the house to myself which I really needed.

It's for a good reason. I had knee replacement surgery. I'll have the other knee done on November 2nd. Thank you. I appreciate the prayers.
