i have a problem with facebook and gmail

my problem with facebook and gmail is that everyone and everywhere expects that i have them.
i never made an fb account, ever.
i was forced to make a gmail account once just for one important meeting, but never opened it again. i don't even remember the username and password anymore.
because of covid, the dental clinic texted a link to google forms for me to fill out the health declaration form.
when i got there, the staff noticed on the computer that i haven't filled it up, so he said he'd give me their wifi password.
i apologized and said i have a low-tech phone, so he just asked the questions then i answered.
the spa where i wanted to have a massage answered my text query after 1.5 hours... only to tell me they were fully booked and asked me to book a schedule via facebook instead.
there are many other online accounts that i don't have - linkedin, twitter, instagram, youtube, snapchat, tiktok, etc., etc., etc.
what do you have and don't have?

@hereandthere because he is not the clinic?!? I only have his clinic number.
There are no vets nearby. That vet is near my son's school.

I have 3 Gmail account, one personal, one professional and one just for the online media. I have two fb accounts, one persona. onlyfor my family and relativesl and one to stay in touch with online friends. They are free and I see no reason not to have one. I also have Twitter but I never check my account.

I use my real name (Anna Nava) for all my accounts, I use this avatar for all "public" accounts so that people can recognize me.

I have a gmail, hotmail and yahoo account. One is for my banking, one for personal use for friends and family and one is when I need to submit email id on any random site where they keep sending newsletters. Also have facebook, instagram and linkedin. And yes youtube too.

I have all of them. My YouTube is only for watching videos and sharing videos of my puppies here in mylot coz unfortunately mylot doesn't allow us to upload videos.
I'm active on twitter and it's where I usually communicate with Pldt when I'm having issues. fAcebook account was created during its beta face but I'm not active. Instagram, I have had it when it was launched and when it was exclusively for iOS only. I keep it as I feel it's more secure than Facebook. I have gmail but don't use it as my main email account.

i thought we could upload personal videos if they're not monetized.
i did watch that video where they were wrestling each other.

I have several FB and GMail accounts... I also have a YouTube account, two linked in, one instagram, I forgot my Twitter account...

@hereandthere Hmmmm my FB accounts are active.. I have accounts for my family/relatives, friends, and other accounts for my online job, and for my online friends...
For my GMail, I have several because of my phones.. I used to have one unique account for each phone but lately when I acquire a new one, I just use my old GMail.. But I think it is still better to have different accounts for each one.

the shift to online learning here actually exposed the haves and have nots. some still don't have a phone, or the phone they use does not have internet. ideally, it should be on a pc or laptop. then there are places that have no or weak signal.
